U-Haul is hiring E-Sales and Reservations Representative, work from home (WFH) position. As a remote team member you will receive incoming calls from customers calling specific U-Haul moving centers across the US and Canada. Representatives answer general product/rental inquiries and secure/schedule reservations for U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing devices and storage rooms. Representatives maintain close working relationships with U-Haul staff and personnel while also assisting customers with their moving and storage needs. The Center Sales and Reservations department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must be able to work one weekend day each week and holidays.

JBS (Jellybean Services) is in need of court researchers across the United States.
Laptops are required, it makes life easier.
If you live in a rural county, I can promise there will not be a lot of work.

Depending on the client various for each area. Some require you to go to the district courthouse, superior, circuit, or county administration building. The rate you make will depend on how fast you collect the information. Like anything, it pays based on how many records you collect. You won’t get rich, and you’re not going to start off at $30/hour. Most researchers average $8-14/hr and increase as time goes by as they become quicker.

Requirements for this position:
Internet access
Typing of at least 30 WPM
Availability DURING business hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday
Available MINIMUM 5-10 hours/week.
Available to work independent without kids coming along
Willing to cover MORE than one county

Way With Words is a transcription sub-contractor carrying out work for several transcription companies around the world. based in London, Seattle and Cape Town, and maintain a network of home-based transcribers (independent contractors) spread across various countries.

Types of material transcribed include radio and TV programmes, market research interviews, legal and medical transcription, meetings, songs, and various others.

You must have an excellent command of English. Being a native speaker of English does not by any means imply that your standard is adequate. For example, you should have a vocabulary wide enough to read and understand a classic Dickens novel comfortably. You should be aware of the rules of English punctuation, for example regarding apostrophes.

You must be familiar with word processing and computers in general, although no in-depth expertise is required.

You should be a reasonably fast typist, e.g. minimum 50 words per minute. If you are not, it will not be worth you doing this work. You should be able to transcribe an hour of clear recording in four hours or less.

Independent contractors must have a home computer with an Internet connection and Microsoft Word. You are responsible for maintaining your computer. We do not reimburse typists for work lost due to computer problems. You are not required to have, or purchase, any other equipment such as foot pedals or dictaphones.

You may choose for yourself which hours of the day you work, but you need to be able to commit to at least 20 hours of work per week, and preferably more. It will not be possible for you to do another full-time job and work for Way With Words in the evenings or at weekends.

Work at home typists needed

SpeakWrite is legal typists in United States and Canada to work as independent contractors. They can work from home.
Qualifications:
1. Should be able to maintain their own computers and software
2. Have a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm
3. Have at least 24 months of legal work experience in a law firm, not more than five years previous to the date of application.

SpeakWrite typists are paid at a rate of ½ cent per word transcribed. Good typists who meet Speakwrite’s criteria can generally earn $10-$12 per hour after working with their system for a short time.
Payment is made via check or direct deposit twice a month, shortly after the 1st and the 15th .
