Summary
Assist potential and converted customers with questions regarding product details, shipping, and general customer service. The actual live chat is implemented through a traditional chat program in addition to email responses. The purpose of the Livechat operator is to raise conversions by answering any questions and thus alleviating any concerns a potential customer may have.

Scope of work

*  Answering any and all questions with accurate information
*  Advanced knowledge of all product information on websites Livechat is featured
*  Thorough understanding of Velaro Chat program, including reporting
*  Increase profits through effective answers and quality closes
*  Twelve hour turnaround time on email questions
*  Design and input ready answers to common questions
*  Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

*  High school diploma or equivalent
*  Basic knowledge of Windows an  of Microsoft Office products
